STAFF APPRAISER – Jonesboro, AR / Craighead County

This is a full-time position.

Job Description

  • Prepares estimates and appraises damage to vehicles within assigned area.
  • Assist with establishment and operation of drive-in claims service in catastrophe situations when required.
  • Assist in physical damage training of field adjusting staff.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma and certificate from college or technical school (or combination of education and experience).
  • Must have at least 5 years auto estimating experience or experience as a staff Adjuster handling/estimating auto claims. Body shop experience a plus.
  • Strong mechanical skills, excellent judgement and decision making skills. Ability to communicate effectively while working with a diverse group of customers.
  • Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.

Additional Information

  • Strong computer skills and auto estimating software experience is a plus.
