Quality Assurance Analyst, Associate

Job Description:

Under direct supervision, work with software development teams performing defect management functions such as test planning, test case script writing, load and performance testing and defect triage and reporting.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, MIS, IT or related field preferred OR equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be substituted for degree.

2 years experience in Quality  Assurance, Underwriting, Claims, Policy Administration, Billing and/or related company systems.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.  Must possess strong technical aptitude, product knowledge and excellent organizational skills.
