INSIDE CLAIMS REPRESENTATIVE – MAUMELLE, AR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Investigate, validate, evaluate and settle all claims as assigned.

Maintain claim files and follow departmental reporting procedures.

Communicate with customers and other Claims personnel regarding procedures, problems and coverages.

Enroll in training and continuing education courses when and where required.

Negotiate fair settlements with individual claimants or attorneys.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.

Strong verbal communication and listening skills. Ability to simultaneously handle multiple priorities.

Friendly and service orientated. Demonstrate a high level of accuracy, even under pressure.

Highly thorough and dependable.

Process strong technical aptitude.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Duties of this position will be performed from an office environment.
