CLAIMS REPRESENTATIVE TRAINEE – FORREST CITY, ARKANSAS

Investigate, evaluate, validate, analyze, negotiate and settle claims as assigned. Participate in training and continuing education courses to gain knowledge, skills and ability to perform functions of position. Work under the supervision of Senior Claims personnel and management.

Qualifications

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Insurance, Risk Management, Business, Agriculture Business or related field.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers. (Bilingual a plus.)
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and assume additional responsibilities.
  • Ability to present and maintain a professional image while working with insureds/clients.
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Must attend and successfully complete continuing insurance educational courses.
